Preliminary Task - Brief

Continuity task involving filming and editing a character opening a door, crossing a room and sitting down in a chair opposite another character, with whom she/he then exchanges a couple of lines of dialogue. This task should demonstrate match on action, shot/reverse shot and the 180-degree rule.

The titles and opening of a new fiction film, to last a maximum of two minutes (all video and audio material must be original, produced by candidates, with the exception of music or audio effects from a copyright-free source).

The Final Cut

Tomorrow is deadline day, fitting that it should snow.
As the final day approaches, it is I who must go,
Though this is a sad time, many good times I've had too,
With Jack, Shaun and I, and the rest of the crew,
So here comes my last post, i'll make this post last.
I hope you enjoy the final cut (of Reservation), for now I can say... it's been a blast!
